Daily rates $ 450.00, 3days minimum Holidays: $ 1700.00 Per Week, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,  Christmas, New Year, 4 July, Easter Vacation Weakly Rate: Low Season $1500.00 per week, October, November, December, January, February, March April, May. Daily Rates: $350.00, 3 days minimum Policies: Check in at 2:00 PM / Check out by 10:00 AM. $ 70.00 cleaning fee, not included in the rent. Rates are based on 6 person occupancy. Please add $ 100.00 per week  for each additional guest. Deposits: $ 500.00 non refundable deposit, due at time of booking to hold reservation. $ 300.00 Refundable Security deposit. Full payment and security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival.   Security deposit will be refunded after keys has been received and property has been inspected for damage or lost items.
